The building’s comprising Purchase College’s Heritage are five independent wood frame structures built in the early 20th Century, which now collectively serve as the Administration Facility, Admissions, Business Affairs, Finance/Administration, Purchasing, and Public Affairs; Capital Facilities Planning; Human Resources; storage; and an unoccupied gatehouse.

Each building operates on its own and is not connected to the campus-wide central plant distribution system for mechanical services. Collado conducted an evaluation of the conditions of the existing Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems (MEP) for the five Heritage Site buildings, and provided recommendations for addressing existing deficiencies and/or code violations.
