Allen Guzman is an Associate and Mechanical Engineer responsible for the design and coordination of HVAC systems. Within the firm, Allen helps mentoring the younger HVAC engineers.

With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Guzman has worked in a diverse range of market sectors including commercial, educational, hospitality, and healthcare. Through his experience, he has become adept in designing systems to optimize comfort for the client while utilizing the best technology for the space. He is skilled in identifying user/functional needs, establishing code requirements, submittals to varying city and state agencies, multiple versions of AutoCad, and coordination with clients, architects, and other team consultants.
