Monica Ortiz is responsible for all office operations and support services for the firm. Her scope of work includes office administration, human resources and benefits activities, marketing and event planning, and proposal management. She works with the engineering staff on professional development opportunities, coordination and scheduling, and is spearheading the firm’s promotional activities.

Monica is a knowledgeable finance and administrative professional with more than 15 years of experience. Before joining Collado in 2017, she held the position of Finance Manager for the Westchester County Association in White Plains.
