Collado provided engineering services for the pre-schematic study of the HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection associated with proposed renovation of the Borough of Manhattan Community College Student Development Center (BMCC), Richard Harris Terrace and Cafeteria/Servery areas.
The scope of the assessment included review of the condition and capacity of existing systems, preparation of a scope of work narrative for each of the spaces, and development of a cost estimate to assist BMCC with determining the final project parameters.
