Collado provided full MEP/FP services for this new 7-story, 47,000 SF mixed use development at the corner of 12th Avenue and Avenue B in New York City.  A 400-seat Pentecostal Church occupies the ground floor, shared with the pastor’s residence and church office.  The basement level comprises church function spaces, three classrooms, nursery, office, kitchen and bathrooms.

Six floors of residential rental apartments are housed above the church, with separate entrance lobby on the ground floor and a central common laundry room.  The residential apartments include a mix of 27 studio and 17 junior one-bedroom apartments, private roof terrace and a community room.

The church and residential apartments are provided with separate metered water, gas and electric services. Heating and domestic hot water is provided by central boilers, while air conditioning is provided by PTAC unit for the apartments and rooftop units for the church congregation space.
