A Pipeline of Innovative Ideas

Collado Engineering began work at 25 Kent Avenue in 2019 with the fit-out of a 5,000-square-foot fitness center, providing HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, and sprinkler system extensions to support a variety of training and recovery areas.

Our ongoing involvement includes system capacity and distribution reviews, Local Law 84 benchmarking, Local Law 97 assessments, and tenant space evaluations.

We’ve also delivered engineering services for several tenant fit-outs, including the headquarters of fashion brand KITH—featuring executive offices, workspaces, studios, and amenity areas—as well as MEP, fire alarm, and sprinkler design for their retail store. On the third floor, we supported Amika’s office build-out with complete MEP and sprinkler design and space planning.
