Collado provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing design services for a new 5,000 SF, one-story Maintenance Building at Lasdon Park for the Westchester County Department of Public Works. Heating in the garage portion is furnished by propane-fired infrared tube heaters.  Electric baseboard heat was provided in the bathroom and support spaces.

To regulate distribution pressure, incoming water service was provided via an on-site well serving a hydro-pneumatic tank. A roof rain water collection system was piped to a collection tank. Sanitary waste piping was routed to a septic system. A Master Label Lightning Protection System is located on the roof of the facility, and fire alarm system provides remote dial-up connection to the Lasdon Park central control facility.
